Higher Education Courses
ERS International Group Training LTD are currently undergoing the Health Professions Council approvals process to work in collaboration with Birmingham City University to deliver a range of higher education course from January 2011.
From January we will be launching a Diploma in Higher Education, BSc(Hons) and a Graduate Diploma in Paramedic Science all running at the Faculty of Health and Social Care, Edgbaston Campus in Birmingham
Highter Education Courses
A range of University programmes from direct entry Diploma in HE to Graduate Diploma will be available from January 2011 ( subject to approval from the HPC )
The final approvals event is to take place in August and after then we will be recruiting students onto one of the programmes listed above. Entry onto the programmes will depend on current professional status. For example;
Currently registered healthcare professionals will go on to do the BSC (Hons) Paramedic Science or Graduate Diploma;
IHCD EMT and direct entry students will enter at the beginning of the DipHE or will be able to APL some Level 4 modules depending on current status.
Direct entry students will graduate in 2 years with a Dip HE.
All programmes will leave the successful student eligible to apply for registration with the Health Professions Council (HPC)
