The Structure of ERS International Group Ltd

Company lead Directors

The Director team work closely together as a collective, whist having responsibility and accountability for the areas as set out above.

The ERS International Group Limited Director Team:

John Butterfield MCPara, Dip IMC RCS Ed

Managing Director

John is Managing Director of ERS International Group. He is a very experienced and highly qualified Paramedic and resuscitation teacher, with significant experience of providing medical and rescue services in extremely remote environments. He has an extensive background in rescue, medical and search and recovery arenas. 

Craig Wood RGN Cert-Ed

Director

Craig is responsible for running the overseas aspects of the Group, and the training aspects in the UK. An Emergency Nurse by background, Craig has worked in many different countries advising on management and direction of emergency care services, both in hospital and in the pre hospital environment. 

Mark Rattigan MCPara

Director 

Mark is responsible for running the ERS UK ambulance service, a qualified Paramedic Mark has over 20 years experience working in the Ambulance Service. Mark's background in clinical assessment and supervision and training provides ERS with the high standards expected by patients, and demanded by the commissioning NHS ambulance services. 

Edward Veness

Director

Edward is responsible for making the 'back end' of the Group operate smoothly with his logistical and organizational expertise.  Edward spent over 22 years in the military specialising in Nuclear Biological & Chemical Defence (CBRN in the civilian world), Edward served with the Nuclear Accident Response Organisation (NARO) providing Health Control and Monitoring Force (HCMF) training on a tri-service basis and to the emergency services and personnel from the Atomic Weapons Establishment Aldermaston (AWE). This gives ERS excellent knowledge when advising on major incident planning and management.
