ERS International Group Limited and its subsidiaries have been formed to provide emergency care services both in the United Kingdom (UK) and overseas. We are commissioned by a number of National Health Service (NHS) Ambulance Trusts to provide additional ambulance resources. We are committed to providing the highest level of patient care within a dynamic and ever changing healthcare sector. Our core principles ensure we have a patient centered approach to the care we deliver.
We will set the standard for the independent ambulance sector and build on the success of our current contracts with NHS Ambulance Trusts.
Our strategy to achieve this vision is to strengthen and extend our core activities. To implement our strategy, we have identified six strategic objectives; these are:
Key services
Providing an emergency response - Our main purpose is to respond to emergency 999 calls, getting medical help to patients who have serious or life-threatening injuries or illnesses as quickly as possible.
Non-Emergency Transport Service - We run a Non-Emergency Patient Transport Service which provides pre-arranged transportation for patients to and from their hospital appointments and often between healthcare settings, such as one hospital to another.
